Shipping policy

We are a small shop, and we work hard to make and ship your items as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the following business day from the date the order was received. Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer. We will always do our best to keep within a reasonable shipping window. Thank you for your patience!

All orders are shipped via Australia Post who deliver Monday to Friday.

  • Parcel Post shipping $8
Your Shipping Address: Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.  

LOST PACKAGES
Ownership of packages is turned over to the courier service once the order is shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages. You will receive a tracking number in your email along with a confirmation of order. If you don't receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Once the package leaves Jelly Metal, the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues. If you have any shipping issues please contact the carrier to further help you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer shipping to non Australian addresses.
