WHERE TO FIND US IN THE FLESH 
Small range of pins, jewellery and magnets are available within the Kandanga Post Office, 45 Main Street Kandanga, QLD.

PICK UP ORDERS 
You can collect your order from the Kandanga Post Office during business hours.
Select the Pick Up option at checkout and wait for your email notification confirming your order is ready. Please bring your order number when collecting.

SHIPPING 
All orders are shipped, with tracking, via Australia Post who deliver Monday to Friday.

  • Express Post shipping $11
  • Parcel Post shipping $8

RETURNED PARCELS

If your parcel bounces back to us (usually due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery), we'll refund your order minus the shipping cost. You're always welcome to place a new order :-) 

RETURNS
All returns are processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that payment was originally made. All refunds are made at the discretion of Jelly Metal.
Please note for hygiene reasons used earrings cannot be returned.

FREE GIFT
Sometimes we run “Free Gift” offers and promotions when you place a qualifying order. These are the terms and conditions that govern those promotions:

  • The free gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit.
  • The free gift is sent with your order.
  • Placing many orders does not entitle you to more than one free gift.
  • The free gift offer may not be used with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.
  • Only one free gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion.
  • The free gift will be dispatched with the relevant items from your qualifying order.
  • If a customer wishes to return an order or item which qualified for a gift with purchase, the transaction can only be refunded if the gift with purchase item is also returned.
  • This promotion or offer is valid within the dates as stated on the relevant publication location.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Jelly Metal is final.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page.
